foliage ride and hot chocolate picnic. November, Sunday 1st

 when it doesn't get all foggy, wet and grey, autumn can spoil you with days like this one. 
it was such a bright sunday, we took out the lambretta, the film camera, a lovely picnic basket we've never used yet (a present from my colleague Giulia, thank you!) and went looking for some beautiful autumn colours.

the day turned out to be way better that we thought. it's was the perfect foliage ride. we ride towards the Cansiglio forest, and stumbled across the most charming little street in the woods. the trees were on fire with warm reddish tones, the light was amazing.

to warm ourselves up, we stopped in a sunlit corner [for the locals: we were at Parco dei Carbonai, Villa di Villa di Cordignano] and prepare hot cocoa for two ♥
